A wonderful nose of fresh strawberries and cream, with a lift of fresh rose petal.

Palate
The pallet shows a very well made elegant wine. A rich mid palate of fruit fills the mouth, while the time spent on lees gives the wine creaminess with the strawberries and fine acid kicking in again on the dry finish.

Cellaring
The wine is drinking extremely well now.
