The Burning is a must do evening as part of the Hunter Valley Wine & Food Festival in 2019 and has been featured as one of the TOP 50 Worldwide Wine Experiences you must try with Gourmet Traveller Wine. What started as a small evening with our Members is now a “Bucket List” occasion for many.
If you like a massive bonfires, tasty wines, a fantastic menu from The Cellar Restaurant, delicious soups, great live music, fireworks and a cracking night out with the family then this is for you. Don’t believe us? Believe Pete:

This was sooooo much fun last year. Great wine, great food and the biggest bonfire I have ever seen. Def worth putting in your calendar. Tickets do sell out. We are trying to clear the schedule to do it all again. Come up for the fun.“
