The finish is textured, and the use of old French oak puncheons helped to soften and smooth out the feel. 3-5 years cellaring.
The richness and texture of the Caméléon allows a pairing with something bolder. We would like to suggest a crab or crayfish bisque. Maybe a dash of chilli?
