Welcome to our latest Named wine, Finn. The evolution of Fireball is here and it's all the way from the Adelaide Hills. Looking very pinot-esque in the glass with a burnt cherry/brick red hue. Rhubarb and cherry aromatic fruits are wrapped in a gratifying capsule of charry French oak, Fresh tobacco adds further depth a intrigue to this alluring nose. A beautifully balanced palate of fine tannins and long lingering fruit shows the class of the fruit from this outstanding pinot producing region. The bright acidity elevates the delicate dehydrated strawberry flavours while the sweet oak on the finish provides a parting gift while being supported by those delicious flavours. Delicious to drink now and over the next 5 years. Pinot Noir and duck are perfect together. A perfectly rendered duck breast served with a sour cherry reduction.
