Description
Floral blossoms of jasmine and glazed orange add to the fruit ripeness of peachy stone fruits and just hints of flint. On the palate we find a light to medium bodied wine with a lively acidity that is supported by displays of grapefruit and lemon citrus. Twenty four hours of skin contact prior to fermentation has left behind finely balanced phenolics giving texture and structure to the wine. The finish is fresh and bright with crisp acidity and generous fruit. This wine is made to enjoyed in its youth. Drink while young. The vibrant acidity of this wine makes it a fantastic match with ceviche. The lime used in the chemical cooking and just a dash of chilli will accentuate the flavours of the wine.
