Discover the best of Hermitage in the Hunter Valley at this 8 canape course, wine matched feast!  Meet your makers and hear the stories behind the wines you love to drink.

Starting with a grazing table featuring Hunter Belle cheeses, the evening will feature Sparkling wine on arrival, starter canapés by Ned’s cafe, 3 mains canapé courses by acclaimed local chef, Andy Wright, and desert canapés, all paired with outstanding Hunter Valley Wines from some fantastic boutique producers.

Nick will be taking our prized 2023 Cellarhand’s Brokenback Chardonnay to be enjoyed with Andy’s Mooloolaba king prawn tostado, guacamole, pico de gallo.  Enjoy chicken tandoori on the hibachi grill, roti, eggplant pickle, slaw and cucumber raita and get your teeth into sirloin, fillet, rump cooked over wood, porcini, chestnut mushroom and roast garlic risotto, horseradish creme fraiche.

Live music by Anna Weatherup, open fires and the clear night sky will make for an unforgettable Hunter Valley evening.
